Instead of calling the assistants he used as lures "honeypots", it might be better to use "judas goats", that is, the animals used at slaughterhouses to lure the rest of the herd onto the slaughter line.

Regarding the "gears in the machine" who were also victims because of the power Harvey held over them...it's not 100% applicable, but I am reminded of the old saying: "What do you call 9 people at a table with 1 Nazi? 10 Nazis." I sympathize with them because that must have been a terrible situation, but that doesn't mean they still didn't facilitate evil acts. Best case scenario, they are all cowards. I hope they can sleep at night, because I don't think I could.

Learning all this has me in awe of how courageous the first people to speak up and go on record of powerful people's abuses are. There were so many people who could have stopped all of this sooner, but we had to wait for someone with inhuman levels of bravery to come forward before it was all made public.

I'd love it if somehow Harvey Weinstein saw this podcast. To know he's not just a monster only kept afloat by a corrupt system but a completely uninteresting monster. Admittedly he's probably a sociopath so it's literally impossible for him to self-reflect, but it would still be nice

I disagree with the idea you cannot be mad at his employees, there are other jobs out there and if this does indeed kill someones dreams of being in the movie industry, it's a solid reason for it dying. I get the point of the argument here however I find them culpable for these assaults.
