Land and gold does not loose the capital value at any cost at any given year or date or time.. but no guarantee for Stocks and MF.. once lost..stress increases.

Appreciation matters. Appreciation from Land or Gold should be more than Inflation. If any appreciation is lesser than Inflation, then it is considered as Losing from Capital only... 100rs today will be 90 rs next year if inflation is 10%. Like that, land worth 100,000 today will become 90,000. So its depreciation only. Returns should be more than 10% to overcome the inflation. Otherwise capital is reduced. you can say Gold and Land are safe investments. But can't say its not a loss. Over the years, Index funds have given 15% average returns. But tats not the case with Gold/Land/FD/Gold Bond etc.. Trading in share market is risk, whereas investing in share market is a good Idea.

Why IT industry no jobs...jobs are there...but parents have made kids like mosquitos 😂..I mean the young population so high and how many jobs come in and it's filled. As long as this ever growing population is controlled more and more youth will have no jobs.. this is an answer for the other topic also..single men and women.. more and more don't like marriage because securing their own life itself so difficult these days
