முழுமையாக பாடத்தை புரிந்து கொண்டு படிக்கணும் வெறும் பரீட்சைக்கு மட்டும் படித்தால் எங்கும் வேலை கிடையாது..அதுக்கு ஒரு காரணம் சொல்லிக் கொடுக்கும் ஆசிரியர்கள் தான்..ஒரே பாடத்தை syllabus இருப்பதை தாண்டி ஸ்கில்/ தொழில் நுட்பம் கூட தெரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். அதை பள்ளிகளில் சொல்லித் தரணும் அது கிடையாது வெறும் பாடத்தை மட்டும் டப்பா அடித்து படித்து 99% வாங்குவது படிப்பு இல்லை. இதர்க்குத்தான் புதிய கல்விக் கொள்கை மாணவர்கள் 8 வகுப்பு படுகும்பூதுஅவர்களுக்கு பிடித்த தொழில் சார்ந்த படிப்பு சொல்லி கொடுக்கப் படுகிறது. இதை 10 வது வரை படிக்க வேண்டும். இதில் computer இருந்து எல்லா சொல்லிக் கொடுக்க வழி இருக்கு. அப்படி படித்தால் 10 வ்து தாண்டி அவர் படித்த தொழில் படிப்பில் தொடர்ந்து ITI, Diploma படிக்கலாம் இல்லை எனில் தான் படித்தவற்றை வைத்து சொந்தமா தொழில் செய்யலாம். பின் அதில் முன்னேறி மேற்கொண்டு படிகலலாம்..இன்னும் பல பேருக்கு வேலை கொடுக்கலாம்! இப்படி தொழில் சார்ந்து படிக்கும்போது வேலை இல்லை என்பது கிடையாது. அவர் 5-100 பேருக்கு வேலை வாய்ப்பு கொடுக்க முடியும். மேலை நாடுகளில் எல்லோரும் ஆடு மந்தை போல் BE படித்து கொள்வது இல்லை அதிக பட்சம் ITI அது தாண்டி டிப்ளோமா தான் அங்கு engineering அதிகம் படிப்பார்கள்..யாரும் BE படிப்பது கிடையாது அது தேவை இல்லை. அப்படி வேலை செய்யும்போது பட்ட்டம் தேவை அது அவருக்கு மேற்கொண்டு வேளையில் தான் படிப்பார்கள். இது தான் அங்கு நடக்கிறது. BE படித்து விட்டு ஒரு ஸ்விட்ச் wire conection கொடுக்க தெரியாத என்ஜினீயர் தான் இங்கு இருக்கிறார்கள். தேவை இன்றி BE, ME என்று பட்டம் சேர்ப்பது தவிர அதில் தேவை என்கிற அளவில்தான் படிக்கணும். இதனால் தான் இன்று தமிழ்நாட்டில் 540 + என்ஜினீயரிங் கல்லூரி இருக்கு அதில் 15% கல்லூரியில் ஒரு மாணவரும் சேரவில்லை. இப்படி இருக்கு நம் அறியாமையை பயன்படுத்தி பெரும்பாலும் அரசியல்வாதிகள் நடத்தும் இந்த கல்லூரி கள் மாணவர் சேர்த்து பணம் பணுவதில்தான் இருக்கிறார்கள் அவர்களுக்கு அங்கு உள்ள மாணவர்கள் எதிர்காலம் பற்றி சிந்தனை இல்லை இதை புரிந்த கொண்டு என்ஜினீயரிங் படிக்கவும் இல்லை என்றால் ஆட்டூ மந்தை போல் தான் ஆகும் உங்கள் எதிர்காலம் எங்கு எப்படி போக வேண்டும் என்கிற திசை தெரியாமல் நடுத்தெருவில் நிற்கிறார்கள்!

Software can be learnt in online, Hardware can be learnt only in college which is having a established laboratory . Study Interdisciplinary course like mechatronics, Robotics and learn Software skill and Generative AI skill from online platform. Secondly dont focus on companies. These companies only worry about balance sheet, So they will definitely employ Robot, Generative AI tools and ask the human to quit. Reduced workforce is going to be a serious issue.. An individual not only needs to be educated but he needs to be skilled. Skills will come only through hours and hours of training. To be more practical, we are not going to get semi conductor industry in the next 5 years, only agreements are signed to establish and run it will take years

Still, countries need to regulate it, A lot of work needs to be done in the AI area, some one who is strong is MATHS is going to learn easily AI, or strong in physics is going to learn the quantum easily, so be stong in the basics, other things can be covered, and more over data structures, and C , C++ are still used some had been replayed with python, so the guys who are joining the course, take the core like computer science, specialization can be learned outside easily but core can't be learned outside , best of luck for the future
