Behold the ice shell garnish! [Pinup Palmer returns]

This was another one of those cocktails that I wanted to try just because of the picture of it in the Don the Beachcomber menu. The recipe came from BG Reynolds email newsletter in promoting their tasty Gardenia Mix.
Once again, Miss Pinup Palmer brings the hilarity.
To make the the drink in the video:
--------------------------------------
¾ BG Reynolds Gardenia Mix
½ fresh lime juice
1½ Cuban style white rum
2 dashes Angostura bitters
--------------------------------------
Blend with about 6 ounces crushed ice, and pour, with love, into a coupe glass. Garnish with the finest sprig of mint you can find.

Awesome episode as usual Spike! Ms. Palmer is always a delight. When I was at Dirty Dick in Paris I saw the bartenders use the citrus squeezer to form their ice cups. It seemed to work really well but I haven't tried it myself.
