Disney Voice Actor Grey Griffin makes a vodka and rum drink [Trader Vic's Wahine]

Grey Griffin returns to The Breezeway!
Grey is the most prolific female voice actor in the world (including being the voice of 'Pirate Red' on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland) She's a Grammy-winning musician and she's into all of the same stuff that we are into! She was a treat to have on the show.
We embark on a cocktail that mixes vodka and rum. Mind blown.
To make the the drink in the video:

1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 oz rock candy syrup
1 oz light Puerto Rican rum
1 oz vodka
--------------------------------------
Blend with pebble ice. Pour into ceramic Trader Vic's coconut mug. Garnish with a fruit stick and mint sprig.

hilariously i learned who grey was from the first time she guest-starred. i grew up with her voice, but it all came full circle when i watched vox machina and actually recognized her name in the credits. i was unreasonably excited but excited nonetheless. essentially all of my interests are now connected by one common thread

Vic actually has a "recipe" for this in the 1947 book of food and drink. I put recipe in quotes because it's just two ingredients, 2oz Pineapple juice and 2oz Puerto Rican rum. It's interesting to see how it evolved.
