Behringer Grind all the preset sounds demo

Feeling a tad jealous you Lads have access to the Grind ahead of us in the states via Sweetwater. I was originally eagerly waiting for the Spice but now that my budget is tighter I'm awaiting Grind!

Hiya, I have a question about the Grind: when filter is in High Pass mode, can you close it and cut all the sound by turning Cutoff fully clockwise/right?

Got the ‘Grind’ a couple of days ago, really impressed with it ! for the money it’s fantastic, not a fan of the sequencer (small gripe) Would’ve liked to have seen what knob / knobs you’re moving here and the position of the filter / envelope, another vid please guys :-) Check-We !

Small gripe ? Its a Brains Module with a sequencer, so the only reason to buy it is the sequencer.

I agree about the sequencer, no use to me and the first thing I did was work out how to stop it running as soon as I hit Play on my main sequencer. Oddly the app thing overrides the MIDI channel setting made by the DIP switches - I guess it has a MIDI channel setting too but have yet to find it.

@@WilyEPeyote Yes, the midi channel appears to be set by the dip-switches on the rear, no software control - guessing it will be added :-)

It doesn't have presets, it's a "what you see is what you get" sort of synth.

This is the Behringer version of Microfreak

They sound very similar. But that Microfreak sequencer/arpeggiator is pretty fun...and four voices is better than one. I like the sound capabilities of the Grind, and If I didn't already have these types of sounds covered, I'd probably grab one.

It can't be found anywhere in the EU yet and for some time still... I'm from France and have had to pay customs 50e duty to get it from Andertons in the UK... Call me stupid, but I just couldn't wait!🙄
