I’ll probably need repair on mine. How much was it for this repair service on this nu3000 audio amplifier?

I have one of these but I feel like something blew and I can't go above 25v per channel without getting distortion. Bridged I can get 50v. No more. Yet I see others get much much more power out of this amp. I might have to tear it apart one of these days and investigate.

you have a power limitation, check the heatsink and make sure it's not overheating.

@@SOSfixElectronics The heatsink seems to be fine and attached properly. It doesn't even get that warm. Even on cold starts it just functions the same cold or at operating temperature.

Good afternoon. My power in normal operation, burst and opened the 2 diodes D13 e D14 that work close to the electrolytic capacitors at the base of the board as shown in the videos, cut the audio and went into protection. I would like to know the numbering of these diodes and if changing them does the power work normally again? Grateful!

Great video Several questions How do I get this schematic? How is VCC made? With this design, how does it regulate? Pins 1 and 2 full on right?

Greeting I'm repairing a amplifier similar to this one I need some help my amplifier is in protection sg3525 pin 10 is it normal for these amplifiers to not provide input power to the 7915 and 7815 and the 24 v regulators when they are in protection mode fans are off no 24v power ?

I just replaced the mosfeta with similar one a few months ago. Now they are blown again. Any ideas why?

Do you think those little MOSFET heatsinks are enough for 3000W device? On top of that people doing quiet fan mods for these to keep the noise down. Are MOSFETs going to overheat first or there are another components that will overheat in lower airflow?

Its not clear from the video where you got the replacement transistor and diode from . Good fix again

@@SOSfixElectronics thats awesome , i stole a pnp transistor like this from an old circuit board to repair the standby circuit on makita radio that wasnt turning on , i hate having to wait for parts , and like you said in the video, the quality of new components these days is poor
