This is the sort of fix that belongs on the "repair-a-thon" series... since it's a common point of failure on many small amps. Practice guitar amps, small keyboard amps, and PA gear all use these TDA2050 chips.

@@rayscio1349 it's just a guess.. but it sounds like you've got a broken solder joint somewhere.

I checked the board no sign of Soldier cut , but can see the burnt marks at output joints...

Interesting the chip is 32 watts. How can they pass this as a 45watt amp?? Would it be possible to put in a 45watt chip if available?? Btw, great video!!

They used the "Pyle" rating system... Peak output, or peak to peak max output. You can pretend your 10 watt amp is 100 with ratings like that.

I have a Behringer K 1800 FX ultratone keyboard amp. Lights on but absolutely no sound Period. Speaker is good though.

It's likely fixable. probably a different driver in it though. I've not worked on that model, but it's likely I could figure it out.

@@DeadKoby Hey man, I have a picture of what was the problem. I believe that it fried something different.

On the power amp where the cooling fans are. You can see where one of the silver lines was burnt and split in two. On the other side of that board. There's two white square ceramic looking things. I have a picture of one side of the board. But I don't have a picture of the ceramics I was talking about. I would have to take the thing apart. To get pictures of them.
