Very nice soundspace here. At times it reminded me a lot of Daft Punk's Tron score. I really love the way you used the A-440 reference tone as a musical element at around 3:30. Thumbs up.

It sounds just like my Roland JP8000 in 1998 when I got it brand new and started tweaking pads and shifting slides. So, Behringer... what's new and refreshing about this one, over 25 years later and thus 25 years of general synth development? Is this it? Convince me that I want this one!

Cant see the engine your'e using on the Bigsky ... is it the Chorale Engine? Its absolutely fantastic though! The BigSky is like cheating - it turns everything into pure Epicness :-D But the Model D is epic on its own. Never tried a synth that is so cheap and has such a big sound ... you should give the Neutron a try as well. I have both now and they are absolutely stunning!

This is a truly outstanding composition with great sound design. You really nailed a certain mood here. Fully describing this mood isn't possible with words. The music speaks for itself and its going right into my favorites playlist. I do have one question.. how did you achieve the effect of two notes playing simultaneously? Is it a technique using the oscillators or was it multitracked?
@JamesonNathanJones
@JamesonNathanJones 3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for the kind words! Osc 3’s key tracking is switched off, so it provides the drone. The other two oscillators are tuned a 5th apart.
