Behringer Odyssey - Feat. Moot Booxlé

The talented Moot Booxlé joins us for more synth exploration, this time featuring our iteration of the iconic ARP Odyssey synthesizer. With all the mojo of the original, we managed to take things a step further with added MIDI/CV enhancements, 3 voltage controlled filters, built in KLARK TEKNIK effects, a robust sequencer and even dimmable LED fader lights.

I am so glad Behringer changed the LED's to colored. It is super easy to find the right slider in a dimly lit studio or stage immediately.

So beautiful. Nice demo, too. About 1980, I had a mark III for a few months...lost my job, so I had to return it. Then a couple of weeks later, he dropped it and broke the motherboard...and wished he'd just let me keep it. Been wanting it bad ever since. This puppy will more than replace it, and as soon as I can scrape enough cash together, I'm on it.

Have you gotten it yet? I myself am starting to feel interested. Though (and I know this one is technically Behringer, but the source is Korg) I have enough Korg synths and gear already lol. Minilogue, Wavestation EX, Monotron Delay, Volca Modular + FM + Sample + Mix. Update: Just learned that Korg did not, in fact, make the original ARP Odyssey. Huh.

I got the Korg minilogue xt-it sounds great but the keys on it are crap-dying already.Wished I got this instead cause it's probably made better & sounds killer & has all those great '70's Jan Hammer sounds!
