Don’t know if you can answer this, but when you have entered your practical experience requirement for your supervisor to sign off, do they need to add notes to each heading or can they approve with no comments? Thanks!

If the form requires comments then it'll need comments, if not, then it won't. (Sorry I can't remember off of the top of my head! :)
