At 29:32 it really is his head in the way of selecting the barrel buddy with recall. From my experience, the raycast for selecting objects with an ability originates from the camera, not link. The reason for this is due to the difference in angle between link and the camera, and because it's the simplest solution to implement. So that's why your ultra hand and recall can be blocked by objects in front of the camera. If you want an example of what would happen if the raycast instead originated from link, you can look to Nintendo's other franchise, Splatoon! Because of the difference in angle between the third person camera and the player, guns in Splatoon shoot below the onscreen crosshair position. They had to make a second crosshair that shows where the gun will ACTUALLY shoot via a raycast from the player's position. This two crosshair setup isn't nearly as intuitive as just using the camera as the origin, but because the gun's projectiles have to originate from the player, they were kind of forced to do it this way.

You forgot the shrine softlock for this episode. Do Brock and the spike ball respawn in this one, or can you Fuse them to destroy them then break all your weapons so you can't attack?

I did the soft lock on stream I just didn't put it in the video because all the combat shrine softlocks are gonna be the same pretty much. Combat shrine items aren't required so they don't respawn. So fuse destroy everything. Kill the three lower constructs and destroy their items(you can rewind their rocks). Burn all weapons and leave bow boy up top. Can't reach him and can't rewind his arrows. Having a bow he will never throw rocks.
