May I ask what is the purpose of this video? Are the Texas Poker rooms hiring?

Texas poker rooms are always hiring. I did an interview with Jae a year ago because I wanted to talk about working at TCH at the time. I've worked in poker for years and TCH Dallas is really unusual in a good way. Recently, A friend of mine chopped up the interview into smaller clips for people, so I am releasing the smaller clips as separate videos to make it easier for people to hear about the topics that they are looking for on KZbin.

@@truepokerdealer Thank you very much for your fantastic videos aimed at assisting dealers in enhancing their skills. It's been my acknowledgment that not only TCH but also establishments like Wynn Las Vegas and WSOP find themselves in a continuous cycle of keep hiring, keep losing, and keep hiring new..... While I don't doubt the quality of TCH, Wynn, or WSOP, there seems to be something inherently challenging within the industry that makes it unsustainable for high-caliber dealers. I would love to hear experts opinions.
