If I have any advice and mistakes I made. Focus on 1 SONG at a time. It’s tough because everyday you’re inspired to create more but that makes you have to do too much. Just do 1 song every month or two months. Focus on mix/mastering it. Uploading it . Shooting a video for it and marketing

Only started rapping myself because nobody would want to use my beats. It's a lonely path but honing your craft is the ultimate satisfaction. This FOMO stems from being online way too much & comparing yourself. I know dudes who been jamming their guitar solo for 20 years - they a different breed. We want to be this and that, those results & achievements but mfers won't put in the work most of the time n thats fax always keep ginding, you don't have to become the next superstar...you have the gift of knowing what you enjoy & god gives you passion for a reason

Russ said something similar to what you said at the end. The music quality just has to be there. Doesn’t matter if you do it all yourself or none of it yourself. The music has to be there or nobody will care

when it comes to marketing it’s more about learning your target demographic and getting down to specific areas and their other interests cuz most of the time artists just go too broad vs focusing on a specific niche/person.
