happy early valentines dayyyyy!!!
some people have been curious how bumblestripe from my valentines sux pmv is going now!! hope this answers the question: he's coping
i feel like ive learnt a bit from my leafpool pmv and tried using some new techniques in this one :) will definitely make more papercraft / scrapbook pmvs in the future as i really enjoy making them and the feedback has been super positive! still have heaps of digital pmv and amv ideas though so we'll see what comes next :D

I think this scrapbook pmv thing is like, my favourite thing, maybe ever? It’s just so _cool_ and creative and visually stimulating *beyond comprehension* I just love the variety and the texture and the incredible photography, I love the subtle changes in Bumblestripe’s colour palette, I love the notes, I love all the candy??? Literally so gorgeous, this applies to all previous scrapbook pmvs and all future ones. Sorry for gushing, but something about this idea just, just grabs my heart and my mind and my eyes and just _ahhhhhhhh_

the lighting is very hard to get right,, I suggest taking all your photos outside under cover if you’re able to! cloudy days work great because there’s no sun to create harsh shadows :)

i used copic ciao markers! no special type of paper for the bumblestripe drawings, just old 110gsm cartridge paper i had in an old sketchbook :)
