I love listening to Goggins after I've come back from a long run. I run alone, no music, nothing, no ear buds etc. The less people around, the better. Get in touch with my own head. Then, some body weight exercises when I get back, then household chores. Then, listen to him afterwards, remind myself why I do it. Nothing glamorous, just graft

The you who’s looking at the parts of you which don’t seem good enough is different. Remember that is who you are. That is meditation.
