I’ve just had the golden opportunity to hear this phenomenal, uplifting message. I have listened to literally thousands of motivational videos and likewise, this truly special, listen to it over and over and each time you will grasp something else every time. Personally I am lucky to be writing this as Covid 19 olmost took my life on more than one occasion, machine’s kept me alive and I guess the man upstairs didn’t think it was my time, trust me brothers and sisters one of the most legit sayings I have ever heard is “ IF NOT YOU, THEN WHO ????” I have just realized this myself, I have so much work ahead of me but if I don’t try even slowly at first no one else will. I need this to hear, it's a difficult time for me, somehow that video remind me what I was told to myself in young age "You ve been called an underdog, you will work your a*** with discipline, you train your body and mind not to prove them wrong, but to achieve little by little every goal you set". To all those out there that are being called "losers", underdogs and other names as me through my childhood even now I want to say, never back down fighters, train your mind. Our mind is a muscle, and it's trained by expanding, and we expand it through learning. And guess what we called underdogs and we looked down BUT we learn faster, quicker and better. I genuinely propose a book written by miyamoto Musashi is called "Book of nine rings" in a chapter of that book is written "How can be a true understanding of an ideal, if there is no discipline?". Train your body, but at your breaks Kings, read a book, expand your mind. Because a fighter is a brute force yes, but do you know what is the Tru power of the fighter that fuels the brute force? It is his expand mindset and the strategy to win a fight. Expand mindset helps to prioritize goals better and built the strategy to achieve it. Once a fighter expands his mind with knowledge and trains his body he becomes unstoppable.
