I love real introverts. they think before they speak, they dont find it weird if you dont talk, they are smart and you have more interesting conversations. Ok maybe not so fun in outgoing, but hè with Corona who cares. Its good for mind and spirit to be thinking before speaking and just to be...in silence together. At first you think well extraverts are all fun and amazing. But sooner of later they will hurt, cause they will say something they dont really want to say but just do it. Im a bit of an extravert (well in the middle'not extreem) now. But as extravert. try to be introvert drains, just like introverts sometimes needs to be extravert. A fun fact is: if you put an introvert and extravert together in 1 room. They both grow towards eachother and both will feel more balanced.

I usually hang out with people a lot, the n realise they are toxic and bad for my mental health and go stealth for months as an introvert. I am in a bad loop that i keep doing this until i finally decide to not hang out with wrong people that do not respect and exceed my limits. My opinion is if someone ia toxic DO NOT try , just cut him off,thats what i have concluded to.

I found a very short video a few years ago that explained the whole concept of introvert and extrovert and the combo of the two which is called an ambivert. We are all on the spectrum of it and it depends on the day. ☺️ I was delighted to find that definition and it helped me understand it much more. Thank you for this video, this was a very lovely, pleasant and calming video! ☺️

I think it is just a question of balance. Being introverted is just a behovior that reflects some of the traits of our personality. As a result, people could observe a behavior but the reality could be different. An extrovert could look passive but she/he need to recharge the battery. It is easier for an extrovert to act like an introvert but the opposite is more difficult. Also, our human brain needs moment to relax (when the parasympathetic system is working) and the brain will reduce its intensity (before sleep or in the morning) then the person might prefer to be isolated. I am personally an extrovert who sometimes like to be disconnected from busyness and noise to self reflect and meditate, which it is a good way to digest an eventful day.

I want to react on what you said abt the peace of mind and movies. I had the same going on the past days, I was in such a good place, then I started watching the rain on netflix and I got puzzled cz I thought it was good but it affected me so badly. I just woke up from my nap and I had a nightmare (again, it’s the third one in 2 days). I was confused cz I wd tell myself: it’s not real, it’s just a serie, it’s well thought and gets you hooked. On the other hand, I wd also think : but it got me so affected, and what the human mind can imagine, it can create. Anyways, I finished the first season and decided I wd stop watching. Maybe I overthought it, dunno ultimately but it’s better for me

being fearful is blocking a lot of things coming your way! so try to be at ease and enjoy whatever lifestyle you have and be open to things coming to you in unexpected ways. it is not our job to know HOW things will happen. it is our job to be open to receive. I do see your point of view though. as I said at the end of the video: personally this video only represent a part of me. the other part loves meeting new people, being out and about, is spontaneous and "extroverted". so I'm not worried about how I'll meet someone. I also recommend listening to my podcast episode about "finding love" that I posted last week. I talk a lot about it there. lots of love to you

I like this video a lot, but this moment with the same date and hour of birth... I wouldn't believe it :)) , would rather suppose it has to be instead just a great interest in your involving, may be due falling in love with you or whatever.
