Do U eat daily probiotics and prebiotics.its really helpful.i just went on a four or five month detox vegan type diet and back at it for the time being.dont think I might go back to meat this time but wouldn’t be surprised if I relapse. Still nice to flush out a lot of toxins etc. love hearing new recipes and thankful for this.its always interesting to see how people eat and the concoctions they create.thanks for going out of your way.any vitamins, special water, minerals, etc that you take by any chance. But probiotics might help with a chocolate craving.

where do vegans get most of their proteins from ?
@f.r.8213 жыл бұрын
If we're talking about whole foods: legumes and nuts. If we're talking about processed foods: anything soy-based (tofu, yogurt, soy drink, mock meats) or seitan (wheat protein) or pea-protein-based burgers, sausages etc. etc. There are so many options :)

Also, I noticed you incorporate a lot of nuts in your diet -- I lovee baking almonds and cashews as a snack but I've noticed if I have more than one serving per day I end up with a sore tummy --- have you ever experienced this? Maybe it's just me ahha

@f.r.8213 жыл бұрын
All your meals look really good and the video is very well filmed and beautiful :) However, I think you should be aware of the fact that you might be a role model for younger girls and a face for veganism. Your food seems to be very low protein and low calorie, which unfortunately is a cliché about vegan food... especially since you're an active person. So you might want to think of that in your next video. It's also always a good idea to mention B12! Love from a fellow vegan
@fethiyem48063 жыл бұрын
You might want to think of that in your next video? Whyyyy?? She is eating whatever she wants and this is the point of the video. And maybe she doesnt want to be a role model? Of course she want but 😪 she is not doing anything wrong my friend just calm down
@f.r.8213 жыл бұрын
@@fethiyem4806 Oh I think you're the not so calm one. I agree, she may not want to be a role model but she is, as a matter of fact. And if we want to represent veganism as a healthy way of living, we should be aware of the perspectives others see us from. A low calorie/low protein diet without any mention of B12 is not a good representation because it isn't sufficient. Cornelia may eat other foods throughout the week, but how are young impressionable people who admire Cornelia supposed to know that?
@phoebebiketravel3 жыл бұрын
I think anyone who posts personal information about themselves (like what they eat) for making money online with youtube wants to be a role model, but I might be wrong.
@jademusic12113 жыл бұрын
She has a disclaimer at the beginning making it clear that the video doesn't represent *everything* she's eaten during the course of the day or week. It was just to showcase intuitive eating as a means of eating whatever *you* want, not how *she* is eating, and not in a way that invites restrictions. That said, I wouldn't look to anyone who wasn't a plant-based doctor, certified vegan nutritionist or vegan registered dietician as a role model for how to eat. If a young person wants to be vegan, they should be discussing that lifestyle with their parents or guardian and doing the work of educating themselves. I completely "get" the role model aspect of people who follow the vegan lifestyle, and if you're old enough, you can use discernment and educate yourself (like I did 😉). However, if we're talking about kids who are *that* young and impressionable, they shouldn't be given free reign to seek guidance in how to eat from KZbinrs, anyway. Since you can live off of Oreos, unfrosted pop-tarts and soda, and still be vegan, they'd be better served seeking role models of a "higher caliber"...namely their parent, and preferably a vegan nutritionist. ♥️

Most women undereat in normal diet. And eating only veggies is 100% undereating. You should eat almost 3000cal A DAY - how you do it is your mission. Now you need to eat 7 apples for same nutrition as 1 apple had 10 years ago. So its same with all food you eat, imagine when you cook everything, or eating dried things = nothing in them 🙊.
@An-yh2bl3 жыл бұрын
3000cal is way too much for a woman. 1700-2000 is normal depending on your lifestyle...
