Today I went to share my faith after long time , I watched this video to get encouraged before going out. I met a muslim, he went straight to the Trinity. I tried my best to answer but I got stuck even though I heard hours of David Wood and James White videos. I am not discourage because I knew that it would have ended that way. But I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and be challenged instead of just saying "hi would you like to come to church on Sunday" then give the invitation card and walk away as quickly as possible. I hope that I will keep on challenging myself in this way for the glory of God, please pray for me.

Great attitude. Actually answering the question of the Trinity is quite easy although we make it harder than it needs to be. Keep trying and learn from the Holy Spirit. I relate well to your concerns. Be encouraged. If Jesus asks you to share your faith then he will equip you .

I will pray for your son, but if you have been a believer for the duration of your son's life, you need to repent and ask God to forgive you for not raising your child right (Proverbs 22:6). Then you can pray to God about your son, because we know that God can fix anything.

Joe Katryan Praying now for you and your son. I feel you, I am trying to reach and praying for our teens and kids in their twenties. Our teens are not saved, our older sons are, but not really seeking and my husband is saved but isn’t where he needs to be in leading us, I’ve been sick for over ten years and I know this has affected how they feel about things, and my husband stopped taking the kids to church when I just wasn’t able to go anymore, I have felt so much responsibility for getting better, so that God healing me would show our kids God is healing me which I knew they have felt put off by why God has been allowing me to be sick flat in bed, not able to cook, to go to take the kids places, cook dinner, or even drive, the past fourteen years! My family isn’t getting encouraged, not getting to go to church, and it’s been a very difficult time, I want to show my family look what Jesus can do through our family, even though I constantly am praying that God still uses me, I can’t seem to share right, think right, talk right, I’m in pain and feel so weak, but I have things to share that I want to burst to share with my family, but it seems like there aren’t interested, and there’s a stronghold in our home, it’s killing me, I am trying to share through different way, and praying for them to see their need for Jesus. I think they see my faith, but they don’t believe God is good because of not healing me and the heavy things happening, we need to get into a church where we have a church family to develop friendships, which we haven’t been able to do, please pray that Jesus will deliverer us and fill us with the Holy Spirit and our kids and my husband will see their great need for coming to Jesus, seeing Jesus through new eyes, understanding why they need Jesus and wanting Jesus so much, completely experiencing God and .,wrestling with God about what they are upset or afraid about, and coming to their knees, surrendering in perfect peace knowing Jesus is the only one thing to meet their needs, love them like he can, please pray that God sends mature Christian friends that can be their friends and help share the love of Jesus with them. I feel very alone, like for the past 14 years, I’ve been sick and don’t understand how this has been for any good, but I am trying to be faithful and praying that just because it hasn’t happened the way I want it to. And it scares me, I want our children to be saved, and I want us to all be enjoying doing things together like studying scripture together, helping others, seeing my family fall in love with Jesus, so we can share walking with God togetheR! Thank you letting our kids

I love that he made sure to mention that he had been praying the same prayer for 20 years. His eyes were closed to this part of himself for a long time, but only when the Spirit knew he was ready to make this change did he reveal the fact that he wasn't seeking what was important. He was seeking an experience and not the Spirit. How often do we seek an experience and not the Spirit ourselves? Love the light that the Spirit sheds on His Word through Francis Chan.

I chance upon your mse as I strive to excel in outreach skill. Share the your observations that christians generally prefer to be busy with activities and shun personal outreach. Such as spending many long hours in choir , musical play etc but no mention of personal outreach at all. As pointed out by speaker. The latter was obliterated by the former. Pray for better usage of God's resources for greater impact for KOG. Well done Francis Chan. 👏 continue to speak out for Jesus. I support you. Joshua CK Chan . Sg.

Jola, thank you for bringing that to our attention. We are adding subtitled as fast as possible. The Gospel: the restoration of a man/woman back to the image of God. Yay! Jesus/God gave us back the divine life Adam let go off. C'mon Jesus!! I, unless i get a word of knowledge, normally start with the fall. "Just look around you, wars, sicknesses, death, egoism, lusts, manipulation, etc, etc. Where you think that came from? That is the fall of man. We live in a fallen world. But now the good part. God stooped down as Christ to give us back the divine life mankind lost in the fall. Freely, by His Spirit. Because He loves what He created us to be. Do you want to become a new creation? A partaker of the divine nature again?". If they say: Yes. I ask Holy Spirit to come and take them in as a son or daughter, change them in to their original identity, make them Christlike again for free. Some get healed instantly, or wobly on their feet, or demons come out, but the look in their eyes afterwards says it all. Innocense. If they say: "no" or, "get lost you morron"? No problem. God loves them. They may come around later. Just touching and speaking truth to people in love. Especcially Christians have a hard time with this. They are so trained in why God hates, doesn't heal, whatever. Whatever. God is love, God is the Spirit of Life, He is the Healer and now.... in us! It is the simplicity of the Gospel: Christ in us for free. Yay! Jesus is amazing.

I am talking about, like here right when this starts when Francis makes an issue of when years ago this guy introduced him as the wrong person and then he says something like, I'm probably the only Asian he knows or all Asians look alike, or some other ignorant off-hand remark. And the last time I heard him speak (wish I could remember the one) where he says, "I'm glad the guy introducing me finally stopped talking - I'm pretty sure that I'M the speaker tonight." He can be so ungracious. I just thought someone should mention it...

Michael Sprayberry go to 119 ministries for truth? No, we go to the bible for Truth and we weigh what is said or taught against the bible. If it doesn't line up biblically with scripture then it isn't truth.
@NewHebrews7 жыл бұрын
Every thing 119 says comes from the bible.Have you ever listened to their teachings?If you don't think they teach truth you have a problem.
@XoWolphoX7 жыл бұрын
Michael Sprayberry yet you say Francis Chan teaches a defiled message of salvation. He preaches repentance, and he preaches belief that God rose Him from the dead. How is that a defiled message of salvation?
@XoWolphoX7 жыл бұрын
Michael Sprayberry Also you were the one who said go to 119 to get Truth when you should have been directing people to the Word of God for Truth. It isn't a question of whether they teach right or not. To get Truth you go to God's Word, first and foremost. If you think there is another avenue for Truth, then you have the problem.
@NewHebrews7 жыл бұрын
If you think you can read the bible as a pagan gentile and understand it correctly you're wrong.That's why 119 ministries are so important to study with.Francis does not follow the commandments of God.Such as keep the Sabbath and keep it holy.The Sabbath is Saturday not Sunday.
