Bro... After watching all of the test matches of last 25 years without missing anything, I would like to advise one thing.. Never try to spin perpendicular to pitch in UK. That's thumb rule, period. Try top spin and do less than 45° spin. YOU SUCCEED or don't fail at least. Hope someone bring this to you and Jadeja never try to turn more than 45°..It's pure physics... Air would be thin and pitch would not respond to turn square. Try to drift into right handers and try more arm ball and top spinners for lefties, at least first 3 days.

When I see this, I get reminded of my days playing for Dharmapuri Dist and how smaller districts struggled to get a nod to play for the state. Dirty politics played a huge role and you need to be highly connected and have the big bucks to make the cut. I still remember in 1988 when I had gone for Under 12/13 state selection trials, I wacked couple of ordinary bowlers and even broke the office window glass at Chepauk. When they announced the final selection I was not selected and the two bowlers who bowled horribly, they were in the squad (later came to know they were coimbatore mill owner sons). As a kid I was broken and my dad has taken me to marina beach where I just could not stop crying...I think now the politics have reduced...
