I was triggered by 3d and I did everything I knew to stop the spiral and the more I did, the more I spiraled. At a certain point I felt it was time to do nothing more. I went to watch a movie, interacted with people and when I realized, the resistance was over. The power of surrender is incredible! Now I'm back with much more conviction.
