Everyone dies. Legend is one who fought for the nation, who helped needy people a lot as per his wealth or other charitable work, Like Bhagat Sing, Ratan Tata etc. Our illeteracy is we consider Rakesh Jhunjhunwala as legend who earned for self or Amitabh Bachchan who acted to earn for self. @@mem1001953 govt can't use the unclaimed amount and the amount you are referring to does not belong to the only dead, there are many who have not even checked their pf account since many years and the family members of the deceased can claim the amount any time, if they want to going to procedures and not only that There is more money left in bank accounts in lakh crores govt can't use it too and also even if govt uses it, that ain't going to solve any problem, indias tax collection is 24 lakh crores and still we need 10 times the amount being a big country and huge population. .
