I have been taking a mindfulness self compassion class and this is what they they been teaching us. It is really hard, but I keep trying.

This is beautiful and so profound. I like seeing it and hearing the simple steps. Especially noticing where I feel the stress in my body. I am busy working on self compassion.

Hi Dominik, it is a little fast in some parts, you can change the playback speed and add captions to see if that helps :)
