Tìm hiểu cách đúc khung sườn xe đi mấy bạn đừng hàn sắt như vậy. Bạn gỡ hết sắt sườn xe cũ, nung nấu lại, sau đó đổ vào khung làm khung sườn y như xe nguyên bản. Lúc đó xe của bạn mới thật sự đáng giá, và đuợc nâng lên 1 tầm cao mới. Đừng hàn sắt chơi chơi như vậy nữa. Nghiên cứu thử xem

Amazing talent in Vietnam! Now I have to say, my Vietnamese is VERY rusty, but I am pretty sure the narrator/lead man was expressing some grave doubts several times! 😂. Like,, “Who the hell came up with this damned idea anyway!” And, “I’m afraid we’ve got a real turd on our hands! I don’t know if we’ll ever get it right!” 😂🤣. I’m kidding! I did bodywork back in the 1980’s-90’s and remember (not fondly) too many long hours trying to smooth out a massive quarter panel I had beat into shape, that really should have been replaced but customer’s budget was stretched too tight. Or grinding those big fiberglass air deflectors on top of semi-tractors, when they started breaking apart from road vibration. Grinding fiberglass!! I still shudder! This is one amazing project! Congratulations to the builders!

Now in my experience, you get the fiberglass as close to the desired contour as possible, then you put on a coat of filler (Bondo!) for sanding to final smoothness. But when sanding the filler, once you have little islands of fiberglass showing, you might as well stop right there and put on another coat of filler. Because the filler is softer and sands down faster than the fiberglass, the fiberglass islands will become high spots sticking up above the filler surface. It can get to be a real circle chase, sanding, adding filler, sanding, adding filler, trying to end up with no high spots. 😱
