I have fibromyalgia and RA and I truly believe choosing to be as happy as you can be and loving each day the best you can is another way of fighting the disease or illness you have and saying that I am not going to allow this to get me down and beat me.

My muscles are too skinny bones debility I’m young. I have essentially tremors my muscles no strength. How can you feel happy if have illness young age which makes you weaker? Thank you
