Also Matt the Master when it said you were missing one vehicle, the missing vehicle is the taxi. There is a parking lot behind the Town Hall and there is a guy who is offering his taxi once you get a average rating of 4 stars or higher on 10 trips. Hoped this helped!

im pretty sure that there is a glitch, and some players can find them and it doesn't exist for others. there is supposed to be a rabbit right in front of the raccoon shop that gives you the shoes...
