That was quite deep Ashley It's unimaginable how happy are those who cried tears of sorrow for years for their Sons and Daughters who forcibly taken from the African soil hundreds of years ago; moved across the Atlantic ocean. Any parent wish was only but one at that time:- "May the Almighty protect; bless and keep their Souls safe until the day they come back HOME; no matter when....as long as they return to the Motherland" Their spirits sing for you with each and every gentle breeze that you breath in while you grace their land with your feet. They longed for such days and they never though it possible to have you back again. Some even gave up before they transitioned. Suck it all in and enjoy every moment at your REAL Home. Millions in the diaspora still long for this day.

It's nice to see an adventurous and beautiful sister. Mostly, one who showcase a love for mother Africa. Reclaiming our crown is one of the most advanced power moves we can make. In addition to the land, it's knowing who we truly are by discovering our true heritage! I used to call myself and African-American. There's no such thing as an African American. There's only Africans in America. I did my DNA and it came back 1.5% American and 85.7% African from the Benin Empire in Nigeria. It was the most advanced Empires doing it's rain. My only Association as an American had nothing to do with my bloodline. It was merely an associated with slavery. So we are African-in -America. When you go back to Africa... you are an African-in Africa. Here's a titbit of history regarding South Africa. It was once ruled by the Zulu tribe, and the leader was Shaka Zulu. There's a lot more to be noted about South Africa other than its episodes of Apartheid...

Ashley I'm Gambian, West Africa. Anywhere you go in Africa it is your home! Remember the Africans that were taken out of Africa where the strongest and they were also our ancestors because they were sons, daughters, mothers fathers and the list goes on. Africa STILL mourns her children to this day. You were obedient to the calling and you answered, well done! The Europeans in collaboration all over the world to this day, have done their best to make us all believe that slavery was long time ago and that we are so different - WE ARE NOT. How long is 500yrs ago? How on earth can the Africans in the diaspora think they are not Africans and it was long ago that their/our ancestors were rooted out of Africa, NONSENSE! Classic Divide and Rule. Your/mine ancestors dreamed of the day some of you will return. Africa at one point suffered severely with a weak population as her STRONG BLACK MEN AND WOMEN were taken away! Then they doubled down with colonisation! Nature is taking its course and None of our people whose blood were spilt was in vain as the African soil cries to this day! Keep up the good work and no matter where our people choose to stay in Africa - we are MORE than happy.

We have our issues like any other country but I would love to see African Americans come here even for a week just to see and feel what it's like to not be to stopped by the Police, Harassed by Karens and reminded of their colour. Yes my dear, this is your home, your Motherland! Welcome home! We love you all, welcome to our country, its your Motherland. Yes our history is the same or similar. You were slaves across the Atlantic, we were slaves in our Motherland. We fought, we were killed, we died for our Motherland. We know what we went through!
