Not only that, Simsie couldnt even get paid while Kevin was making a fortune and wanted more. I guess how sucessful a landlord youre is proportional to how badly you treat yout tenants. Or Kevins game is a little less broken than Simsies. Both sound equally posible. Its not like Simsies methods were all that diferent from Kevins, they both knowingly rented out to tenants who didnt fit the criteria just so they could charge them for breaking the rules. Jim is simply a more capable evil mastermind than Stanley.
