The job is dead easy that way. I'm guessing the people who are having trouble with this job are expecting the sims hiring them to give a damn about what they think is awesome when all they care about is 3 simple instructions that they could have just done themselves with a bit of paint and spare cash.

Ok but sims 4 is 10x worse; they strip the base game down to the bare bare essentials and charge tf out of you to get back so much stuff that should have been in base game. Outside that: your sims are wholly self reliant - there's no effort in keeping them alive or building lives, you can let them autopilot and the game plays itself. The whole of sims 4 is just painfully empty and devoid of joy - sims 2 at least had humor.
