There are certain trees I am attracted to when I go for my walks along the trail. I will stop at one of my favorite trees and do Reiki symbols on the tree with my hand. I will hug the tree and it feels amazing. Sometimes I stand with my back to the tree and sometimes with my forhead or third eye against the tree. Just recently I have closed my eyes and actually seen the energy transference between me and and tree. It is amazing!! I do this all the time now instead of once in a while. The energy is real

🌴This makes perfect sense to me. 🌳. Gardening, being in in nature and even seeing a picture/video of landscapes gives me a lift. 🌲. Going to the library and read up on Chi Gung. You are a blessing. 🎄

Winner of a video, been searching for "what is chi gong meditation?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Fonebastian Unexpected Framework - (do a google search ) ? It is a smashing exclusive guide for learning powerful methods to build your Chi energy without the headache. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got amazing success with it.

I commune regularly with the big old redwood on my property. It was cut down a few decades ago but sprouted about 8-12 more trees from around it's base that reach a good 30+ feet up now. So I have a small forest. The energy is so strong, so slow and inviting. Thank you for sharing your practice with us!

Thank you for your comment and for watching. Nice to hear when other people appreciate the energy of trees. Those old redwoods are special trees. I was only able to share energy with them on a few trips to California.

@@WonderfulWanderingTopics I consider myself very lucky to have the mini redwood forest in my backyard. I also have a niece who lives in the middle of the redwood forest in northern California who I visit a couple times a year. It's just at the end of the "Avenue of the Giants", a 20+ mile winding road through some of the older growth. Those wonderful old trees have such a special energy that leave you calm and contented with your place in the world. They beckon to the traveler to stop and spend some time... Always good to find others who understand the energies that surround us I've felt them my whole life. Maybe some day I'll make it to the islands... but working on figuring out how to travel the mainland for now! Your videos on the Prius have been helpful!

👏👏👏 Thank you,Thank you,Thank you!!! Wonderful video! This is amazing, every since ever I always had strong connection with trees 🌳 I feel much better around them and very energized. It’s unbelievably sad to hear some people say that they think connect or “speak” with a tree 🌲 is a boring thing. It’s not! Trees are source of life and we need them to survive in many ways! The exercise you explain is amazing, I also like to be bare foot around the roots or sit down with my back to the tree, I feel more calm and in the same time with more energy! It’s amazing 😊🕊🌲🌲🌲🌳🌳🌳

this is so worth seeing, as for me, I love when i see another practicing what i've been doing naturally, and without thinking. . . one time I asked an ancient cedar if it had a message for me. we can bank on trees, recording all our vibrations , any we are low on, it raises the vibrations of to doctor us directly. think is we need that kind of energy in our own backyards . . thank you for sharing

Relying on nature is like born with ''mother's instinct'' ... In this world, many of us believe in ''man made chaos'', instead believing in nature. So sad!! Now the question is, why we are so detouched from it? What about our education?
