There was a camp in Bagamoyo where some African leaders stayed in, Tanzania's gvt influence during those times was very big. Tanzanians are quite people so you wont hear them shout this and that

I don’t know if I’m missing something but I’d have thought the rain jacket would go over your biker jacket. I think you also need pants that go over your riding pants. I’m glad you figured out the anti-fogging on your helmet visor.
