They want to have the ongoing P3 for Simifulam stopped after the very good P2 OL data. For safety reasons, even though simifulam is very well tolerated to date. my mum has MCI I am 33 and worried , scared getting a diagnosis has been near impossible , much less treatment I am reading up and i have read about his research and I really hope it works and is soon available,affordable thoughts to every family who deal with a loved ones memory fading

7 months later and LLY just stopped development on their AD drug, so you may be right. Biogen of course got their drug approved but it’s so bad clinics are refusing to prescribe it and they’re posting signs telling BIIB reps they’re not welcome inside (I’m not joking)

There is number of companies with promising drugs. Today at 6:30 Central Time Anavex Life Sciences will present its data from phase 3 trial at CTAD conference in San Francisco. This might be a seminal event. They are second company like Cassava. If the data is good the drug Blarcamesinecsn be on the market 2 years earlier than Casavas Simufilam.

I hate to sound negative but 10 or so years from now I wonder if we’ll hear something on the TV like this: “If you or a loved one has taken Alzheimer drugs from Cassava and have suffered symptoms X, Y and Z you may be entitled to compensation.....call the law offices of Dewey, Cheatum and Howe for a free consultation!“

@@Chawaonga Let's see. Remi hasn't released the original images. Remi is Mr. Remoxy (Pain therapeutics) - an Oxycodone Nasal Spray - Remi's wife did 50% of the research and does not use his last name. On official Govt paperwork Cascamma submitted the formula of Simufilam as LSD. Yeah, no thanks.
