It lets me go to a world of just me. I hope that doesn't sound selfish. But its where its for me. My time. I don't get much of it and when I do I'm truly in another world. Yes! It's my time, just me and my beads! You definitely need that especially when so much of your time is spent on other people. I don't think it's selfish, it's like in an airplane when they tell you to put on your mask first. You can't take care of other folks if you don't take care of yourself! 💖
