yes ... not quite unboxed or levelled. and have to say that was the hardest bit getting of the polystyrene tray out of the bottom, and tugging the polystyrene block with the 'ribbon' that broke propelling the block further up the casing,and then screwing the foot back in that had loosened .... or replacing the missing washers for the water hose! For any 'not strong' people reading - I broke the tray corners off near the feet, broke the back tray 'lip' off at the back ,stuck a thick book under each of the back feet and managed to tip it at a slight angle and slid the tray out from the front using my foot. Spirit levelled, and tucked a piece of jaycloth under each foot to aid sliding into place, which I tore out just before I couldn't reach them! Female Pandemic DIY (The machine weighs 4st more than me!).

Vera Cruz Oh im sorry to hear that. Silly question. But did you remove the transit bolts? I only sold my Beko because it used too much water, even for small loads, it didn't tumble as it filled or sensed the load. I was unlucky with LG as the machine I got started banging nearly a year into ownership. I noticed bits of concrete in the coin trap area. So I think the concrete block was loose. I now have another LG (same model) I just hope it doesn't give me trouble, but once you have had bad luck with a machine, you loose faith. If this LG goes wrong I will never have another. Hotpoint was the worst machine I ever had and also a Zanussi in 2011 that parents had, was so super sensitive to the loads, it would refuse to spin heavy loads of slightly unbalanced ones. They don't make things as well as they used to. I hope you find the right model for you.

@@blakaeg i got the bolts out. It's very unbalanced when it starts spinning, even if it's 7 or less kg! They changed the suspension but still trembling verry bad. Hope the LG F2J5WN7S, Direct Drive, 6.5 kg will be ok. My grandmother has an indesit 8 kg and trust me that just 3 kg and u just don't run after her! When i wash with my beko i just run in other room. 😂

@@VERACRUZZ777 Yeah the Beko I had used to vibrate a lot and I live in a flat with thin walls, so all my neighbours must have heard my machine. LG is nice and I like mine and very smooth on spins, especially final spin it's quiet and smooth.
