This house has been on and off the market for a very long time now. But this is one of those houses that to me doesn't have that homey type of feeling, seeing as it's more of a party house rather than a real place to call home or have that comfy cozy home type of feeling. It basically a large building to invite a bunch of people over and show them how great you think you are. Don't get me wrong it's a very nice place, but I think whoever buys something like this only buys it just to say they have it, not necessarily because they need all of this.

I love this house. Ryan S. toured it a couple of years ago, and although the tour was long, his tours are not detailed. For example., I never knew there was a powder bath near the front door. I’ve been waiting for either you, JP or Enes to tour it.

Enes will not tour this anymore. Just a normal high-end property. Price dropped. Wasn't it 78 Million with Ryan? No one wants to buy these oversized properties anymore. The new taxes since 2023 did the rest to the market. This one will be sold for 40 Million. Somewhere around there.

It’s a huge house but it’s weirdly built and furnished + the real state taxes are just as big, that’s why nobody paid 70 or 50 like they’ve asked before 😂

Is it just me or did Darren seem rushed in this video? Even though it was almost 30 minutes long he just seemed like he was trying to get through everything as quickly as possible. I've noticed him doing the same thing in some other house tours. Maybe he had to use the bathroom really bad and that's why.

I can understand why Darren scooted through this monstrosity so quickly. He didn't want anyone to notice what a pile of crap it is.
