It is certificate that gives proof that on what basis you have filled your percentage in application form. Because your marks in CGPA but here you have to put it in percentage. So different universities have different formula for this conversion. So go to your college and give application in admin department regarding this. They will give you this certificate.

I have 1 year Apprentice experience and my age is 25+ from general category. I cannot fill the trainee engineer as it is out of my age. Can I apply to project engineer? Apart from apprentice I have worked in Private and they are not giving experience certificate. But in project engineer 2 years of experience is necessary. Please reply.

For project Engineer 2 years experience is necessary. At the time of interview they may not ask abut experience certificate but at the time of joining you have to produce Experience certificate that you have mentioned in Application form.
