My anxiety begins when I try to decide my ultimate favorite part of this song… Pau’s a capella beginning… Dany’s melodic guitar playing, Ale’s thunder coolness, the sweet vocal harmonies they create, or the rock on jam towards the end, and then Ale’s last few thumps 😂.

You are not the only reactor to compare Ale to Gene Simmons from KISS! And I wouldn't be surprised to learn that Ale studied his stage moves and incorporated some into her stage presence... especially when you consider they went to KISS concerts when they were younger (and I think I recall reading they also watched some KISS concert DVDs when they were younger?)

I've never noticed Ale and Dany doing that synchronized guitar move that you pointed out, but look at 5:58 Pau and Ale do a synchronized head/shoulder tilt, which I noticed in the Teatro Metropolitan concert as well. It's the little things. The details that they add just make them that much more special.

In the Vevo live version of Automatic Sun, Ale and Pau do the simultaneous hair flick with Ale having her back to Pau. I was actually musing if they put it into the click track. "Hair flick in 3, 2, 1..." 🤣

Ale's performance stood out for me because she seemed to forget she was supposed to be the cool, laid back, bass player, and she'd crack a big smile, then remember and switch back to "cool Ale". And then do it again a few bars later.

Dany and Ale do the guitar swings three or four times in this performance... the two you caught and one or two earlier in similar portion... Ale and Pau do their synchronized head tilts a few times, too... it is hard to see on the screens because it looks like Pau shakes her head but if you can see them in the wider view, you can tell it... yes, they have definitely been working on their stage show for a while 😹 TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA

I have heard this song so many times I don´t even remember, it´s at least 100. It grips me the same every time and i always have a tear of happiness when they dió the break down which as I think is the most energetic breakdown ever. The voices the guitar, drums and bass all do their thing to make it a great experience. It´s a uncoverable song because The Warning are adding so much of them selves to it.
