Reminds me, God says, "Anything you do do to the best your ability." You've done just that. Great job.

Splendidly done. Just goes to show that the instrumentals in the Off the Wall album were classics, masterpieces.

So groovy. I could listen to this for hours on end. then I'll get the bass out and have a go myself! Thanks man. (Looks like your finger's healed properly too. Wishing you all the best for 2020.)
@BelgaBass5 жыл бұрын
Thanks :). The finger healed as it is, it's distorted/curved (typical mallet finger) and somewhat stiff, but it's not too limiting, so I am thankful for what I still can do, but it's mainly goodbye to rapid 16th riffs and fluent 3-finger technique...

Belga, where did you get the bassless backing track for this tune? BTW, have you heard of/tried the moises.ai app? www.moises.ai If the song is well mixed, this app can provide a fairly honest end result, extracting bass and other tracks/instruments. Well, regarding the video, spotless. You got it just right. Regards.
@BelgaBass5 жыл бұрын
Hi, no never heard of that application. Interesting, I just tried it with Good Times by Chic. Technically, it's astonishing that they are able to getto this level of separation, but auditively speaking and certainly for a musician, it's really painful :). But I can imagine people using it to make themselves a backing track for practicing.The tracks are from a Russian site with remix packs that I stumbled upon... but I'm leaving it up to you to construct the website name yourself.
