Belgium wins the contest in 1986 which was broadcastet from Grieghallen in Bergen. Åse Klevland was the presenter.

@@mybiz2167 Not true. Jean Jacques was 12 years old when he was a contestant for Monaco at Eurovision in 1969. They changed the age to 16 after Sandra Kim won.
