Baray adab k sath, ustaad g ye bataiye k soorah munafiqoon kis liye nazil howi thi? Sabiqonal awwalun , phr milay julhay amaal aur phr munafiq kon thay? Ideally, we should be restraining ourselves by naming any names but we can't say it was all good there... There must be a reason that Hazrat Abu bakr RAband Umar RA banned people to quote Muhammad s.a.w.

To affirm basic beliefs of Islam (iman) Ghamidi refers to traditional sources (hadith) rather than the Qur’an. Unfortunately, this opens the door to all kinds of conflicts and divisions among Muslims for each groups identifies with different traditions. For example, according to ahle-sunnat (with whom identifies), God has pronounced judgement and awarded paradise to all the companions of the Prophet (especially the 10 favoured ones) in their lifetime! This throws into question the fundamental belief in the Day of Judgement. Ghamidi supports such beliefs, yet he expects that all Muslims should be united under his formula of 5 beliefs. It’s like throwing fuel on fire and then expecting to put it out! He has no authority from the Qur’an to be promoting such beliefs. There are many instances where the Qur’an alerts the Prophet about the hypocrisy of some of the companions.

The very first comment of this gentleman that Ghamidi saheb is basing his arguments on Hadith rather than Quran is totally erroneous.He should listen to him again a little more carefully instead of writing lengthy comments without understanding the basic argument itself.

Allah does mention the 5 basic beliefs altogether in one verse in the quran. Nisa 136
