Missing bits? I take it you don't mean what should have been at 6:04... If you look closely at the lower right-hand corner, there's an ABC (Australia) logo. If this was recorded off Oz TV, it could be that it was censored. But that's just my guess.

Nope, that's how it is. I've got it on DVD and it's exactly the same. And that is the joke...he was born without genitalia.

oh god i know this plot they do it in all shows whenever they have a double of someone the the bad guy ties up the good guy then the bad guy acts like the good guy but really is the bad LOL
