Some tips for recovery from breakup. 1.Do not talk to her,even she wants to talk to u also ,then do not talk to her. 2.do. Not share your feelings or pain in local because more u will share your pain more u will hurt by people. 3.take out of reach from u those gifts that u got from her. 4.Do not see that guy chat's or photos or do not listen his/her voices 5.Do not go those places where u stayed with her. 6.talk with your family memeber ,specially from your mother. 7.Do not sleep alone,sleep with your family member or with your best friends,because it hurts very hard at night.
