Hi Joseph, when we do sats affirming and everything then there isa thig you said in video that mentally you should be there what does that mean... The whole day mentally we should be there means actually what? Do we need to visualize different different scenarios with our SP all day long or the same scene again n again? N how do we check mental state, if it's there or not!!! I mean how can we do checking? what are the checkboxes? When I schedule a day n think about it... It's definitely different it's with I visualjze n actually is... ?

I am always doing the 3-6-9 method for some time now I am doing 2 different ones for My Mary and also from some days I am getting so in love and feeling so in love with her I have been naturally writing multiple pages of love every single day and I know her name is the most beautiful name ever and her name is same as the word mine in my first language Hindi and I am seeing her name come everywhere around me. Subconsciously as well I know I am with her forever and we are one. Hey bro, thanks for stopping by again! I’ve been wonderful, life has been busy but good. That’s wonderful news. I’ve heard a lot of people have success with the 3-6-9 method. As long as you are feeling the affirmations true they are wonderful. The only times affirmations don’t work is when they aren’t accepted, they are being forced. It’s all about subtending to the fact your wife loves you so much. She always had, we just imagine unloving sometimes and it forces the person to behave in a manner that they don’t want to act. Keep up the great work brother and lmk when you succeed!

Yes brother 3-6-9 method is helpful in helping me believe in myself, my love and our commitment to god and each other. Brother as I said for some days I have been writing pages of love naturally for My Mary every single day I feel incredibly loved by her that she is with me forever. Thank you brother for saying My Mary my wife she is my wife I know that before even us even meeting My Mary and I were one and we are always one we are always together. You are correct and to be honest My Mary never even did or said anything bad to me ever it was just people around that communicated for her who are irrelevant I know My Mary loves me wholeheartedly and unconditionally as I love her wholeheartedly and unconditionally. Thanks for patiently waiting! Yes, correct, that’s one of the biggest indicators. You will have automatic thoughts from the state desired automatically. It’ll be your new state of being!

Can I do different imaginary scenes with my sp? I am manifesting a loving committed relationship with my sp. In physical reality we are ldr and have not meet yet in person. I have tried many times to do sats like hugging him in the airport in my country as I meet him. However, until now I failed doing the technique coz it makes me hard to go to sleep, knowing that I will do sats. It's like when I am so sleepy I become awake when I am about to do sats 😁🥺. Sats can take practice much like a mental diet or finding what you’re grateful for. You can fall asleep saying, thank you that I have the perfect partner or thank you I found my person. The important part is accepting the affirmation as true. Remember it isn’t a force thing, it is a surrender
