It’s not stress. Stress is good for us. We need it. Since we have no conscious idea of what our body is going through stress is how our body talks to us and tries to tell us what to do. The problem is our personality and how each individual reacts towards that stress. I got laid off years back at a job I hated more than anything. I was so happy to hear I was getting laid off. I felt relieved My co worker was sweating bullets , saying things like wife is going to leave him, he couldn’t focus. , having panic attacks and pulling hair out looking at bills and putting them in order of importance. And on the way home reacting very differently than I reacted even though I had bills as well and the same issue with paying them. I didn’t have a job line up. But I can see him and how he probably was behaving on the way home, because he never made it there. Cut a red light and got t boned and died on the spot. I would be it all that his reaction to getting laid off did the ultimate worst to him. It killed him. Him and I both had the same exact stressor with the same exact negative outcomes, same challenges. The only difference is how he looked at it and reacted.

a great point on navigating your subconscious beliefs is, once you proclaim who you are to the universe, it will provide you with opportunities to experience your proclamation. Those masters degrees are just titles to make your ego feel bigger. The universites never once touch on the most fundamentally important information you can find. Both groups literally gained real muscle. Obviously at diff percents. But im saying that it actually micromicro flexes your muscles to just feel and think theyre flexing. Which in turn grows them. There are studies on that also with how we get similar adrenaline and strenuous activity benefits while just watching a sports match of other people doing it. This video is beautiful. "Reality does not care if you are nice." That stands out to me. Many good people let negative frequencies impact them too much when their hearts are open incorrectly. My self-concept used to be so reliant on what other people thought of me, and my projections of their projections. I've always been openminded, but part of that was taking other people's opinions too seriously. I always thought of myself as a good person but I took other peoples opinion as my own, not taking into account my own truth. I am here now, my frequency strengthening each day. I still believe I am a good person, but my perception of what that means has strengthened significantly, and continues to do so. I am standing in my power more than ever before, and the more I focus, the more I tap into that. I am physically poor in this very moment, but I am extremely wealthy mentally. Rule 1 - Reality is NOT a physical game. I like how you touch (pause) on the hypnotic rhythm "about the unfit vs fit paradigm" that we overlook when we're channeling our being into a certain specific direction. Reality is a mental/ spiritual game, winners play to win (winning is in their mind, a conscious decision they take). So the real game is what you can't see, it is the mindset. Thinking is a form of motion & it's effect will depend on the individual it is attached to. The Be, Do & Have is very important bruv, it is a mind opener for me. Your mental attitude directs your input into any output you expect. YOU NEED TO BE RICH BEFORE YOU CAN BE RICH yessesss!!!! The true game is aligning yourself to the mental attitude of what you want & then take action; Rinse & Repeat. Rule 2 - You make the rules. It always baffled me too how an individual who was either hated by their society or environment for being themselves always lived a life that was above those that expressed hate towards them = An idea is nothing more than an idea pretending to be truth. We create for ourselves whatever minded we want to be a part of & practise. There is no truth except what the subconscious agrees to be true. If the rules you make don't take you towards your desired reality; you are playing the game backwards. Rule 3 - You can't have what you need. Needing = Importance, excess energy (SPACE) Your desire is nothing more than a middleman to a particular type of frequency that you inherently want to experience as an electro magnetic being that you're currently not experiencing. So our daily task is to transmute our energy & focus to the being we desire to become & be that individual right no w in this very moment without any doubt whatsoever. (The channeling of this mindset is the daily challenge the one must actively adopt). Rule 4 - Strongest frequency wins. Ability to maintain conviction in desired reality already existing. If you are not currently living in your desired reality; your frequency is weak. I AM who IAM regardless of what the world says I AM. It is an exciting quest really, because everything we thing about we either attract it or become it, especially when we emotionalise these thoughts. e:g= You wake up 20min late for work, & you start to emotionless that experience negatively, you fukk up your whole morning if not day, until you change frequency. Rule 5 - Reality doesn't care if you are nice. Stop thing like a human & start thinking like a GOD. Frequency = Mental Attitude = Self Concept = Emotional conviction, goes back to our 1. Beliefs, 2. Identity, 3. Attention, 4. Emotional conviction, 5. Thoughts. The moment you accept the rules (desired reality) the game that you are playing is then structured in accordance to those rules. Not because that is how the game is set, but because that is how you have set the game in your subconscious mind.

I think a lot of people fail to understand the importance it plays in mental health, and a strong mind cannot be based on moral relativism. At the end of the day we have the law that must be followed and we have spiritual laws that have consequences. Not being aware of these laws is what causes chaos in someone’s life. In my life I chose to be led by law of God my mind needs to be led by a higher mind otherwise it flips from point to point the mind needs to be disciplined and grounded. I believe the only way to ground it on solid ground though is to shape it with Godly and holy values. The human mind can be vain and even wicked if not well trained.
