Idk wby people aren’t loving this show I think it’s fantastic. To be fair I do only have a few miles on it but I could see it becoming my main daily trainer it just feels so good. Definitely not for everyone like the peg tho

The asics metaracer is a firm shoe too but it was fast and nimble and I love it. Not sure about this though, the weight itself scared me a mile away. This is a very good and entertaining review, it made me laugh 🤣. With the title, thought you guys will rant but that didnt happen. Tq

Not everyone wants stack hight. Thats why I liked the adizero line. I could switch to a new brand but I loved the Bostons as a commuter trail/ race shoe.

Could the Boston 10 be one of the most disappointing shoes of 2021?
@zolaQuela7112 жыл бұрын
I disagree, you can remove the hill carbon plate if you want. Check my comment above.
@zolaQuela7112 жыл бұрын
If you remove the insole you will see the carbon plate at the hill. You can tap it with a spoon to hear it. If you cut the cloth covering it, you can remove the hill carbon plate since it is not tightly glued. This transformed my Boston to an incredible comfortable shoe. You are free to do as you please with your shoes and not take my advice.

Hi BITR team, once again great review and good turnaround for the newly released (June 16 2021) Boston 10 . Enjoyed your review, banter as usual. I have a suggestion..I believe the review could be 10Min or under. 10 Mins to me is the sweet spot..not too short and not too long.

It is going to be an Adidas Day for me today, both the SL20($80) and the RC3($55) will be arriving. No experience with the Boston line, I am totally new to the Adidas brand. Oh, Dunkin' Donuts has my favorite coffee, thumbs down Starbucks! I don't eat donuts---Donot eat them! Well, I guess I will wait before I try out the Boston line later down the road.

I have the adizero adios 7's and maybe it's just a totally different shoe but I love the midsole. I don't have any problems with the lightstrike. I'm a heavy runner and it offers plenty of cushion for me. I'm curious to try this shoe now. A: it's so good looking, B it might be a nice daily trainer to compliment the Adios.
@macoyupadoodle3 жыл бұрын
With all the athletes under their brand i wonder if they had them tested ........... or if the elite runners gave the thumbs up without putting into consideration the common runner . It could also be a case of people getting spoiled with soft pillow mids that normal firmish mids are not good enough anymore when they were normal a few years back. I welcome the soft, bouncy mids , but i also tend to look for firm.....ish mids occasionally .
@sarabishop3 жыл бұрын
Love the video, does the 3 miles per doughnut rule scale? When I saw this shoe I was actually looking for a lower cushioned shoe like the older versions. And I thought it looked crazy. Serious question is what if you don’t want to always run in a stacked shoe with some sort of rocker technology? Am I going to be out of luck or do you think there will still be choices? I know there are now but most shoes are at least getting more cushion.
@Believeintherun3 жыл бұрын
Trends come and go. Rebel v2 has a reasonable stack.
@levandmarthapolyakin-aaron21833 жыл бұрын
Adios 6 is the traditional shoe now in the Adizero lineup and the closest successor to the Boston 9. It has a little more stack height and cushion. If you want a real old fashioned racing flat that’s superb for at least track work and short races, check out the Takumi Sen 7.
@anderskokhansen99633 жыл бұрын
It reminds me of the Zoom fly. Totally agree its disappointingly hard/not soft, BUT, not all shoes should be soft. I think the shoe can be snappy and I get a pretty ok turnover from the shoe.
@itsConstantine3 жыл бұрын
Also, the plate (well first the plate is probably unnecessary) is way too up high on the midsole where you step directly on it. You woulda thought that it would be in between the lightstrike pro and the lightstrike but it is all the way up on top - also, it feels like there is no lightstrike pro in the heel at all; that could add some comfort. Plus, I totally agree, the insole is a joke here... Well, let's say that Boston 11 will be 'it' (even though I really don't think so :D )

🤣🤣🤣 y’all had me dyin’ on this one. Great job. Just because I was anticipating these arriving, I ran a 15k in the Boston 9s. Pretty dope shoe tbh, just feel like I can pick it up or enjoy it at slower paces in it. So I just ran 10 in mines.. And my initial impression is. (Drumroll) It sort of reminds me more of the older Nike Zoom Fly. Not bad, but to be honest, I was hoping for something to complete with the Tempo Next % or something with as much “squish” as the Invincible.. Gonna throw more runs on it this weekend and see if that impression changes.

Matt Damon's 70's moustache wasn't bad. As far as the Adidas pronunciation, us Americans don't pronounce it correctly (most of them don't realize that), yet I think our way sounds better. Our way of pronouncing Puma is way better than the British way. Also, the Boston accent is hands down the worst American regional accent out there. Dishonorable mention to the PA/south jersey accent. There just doesn't seem to be any reason for that pa accent to even exist; but the Boston accent is brutal.
