Me too. I'm a relatively young fan (born in 1987, maybe I have subconsciously been already a baby fangirl??) who discovered more 80s music during the pandemic and I'd absolutely die for her to come to Germany or at least somewhere close. My bf (7 years my senior) grew up with her and somehow he introduced Belinda to me.

Same here. Her beauty and powerful lyrics always got me weak! Her and Suzanna Hoffs are just as beautiful if not more today than ever, and they're voices still make me melt inside!! They were both every young guys crush in the 80s!!

An excellent concert by Belinda. She looked and sounded terrific. She performed so many of her hit solo and Go-Gos songs along with two of her brand new Kizmet songs. I was not able to come to this concert although I saw Belinda the last time that she performed in New York at the former BB King Blues Club in 2015. Thanks for posting. I can watch her do "Vacation" 10x a day! Belinda is the cutest 65 year old woman in the nation! What kind of lighting did they have at this show? Didn't they ever use a spotlight?

I was there, too! Great concert. Belinda was wonderful! Sony Hall was nice, but boy it was hot and humid in there. Seeing, clapping and singing along with Belinda was worth it though 🙂

Really glad that you got the full clip of "Circle in the Sand" - which is hands down the highlight of her concert at Sony Hall. There is something about the wailing of an electric guitar that makes the song sound cinematic. I hope Belinda records a new version of "Circle in the sand' that emulates the live version. That's just how good it is!

@@Texaslawhorn That is awesome. She is such a diva! We also think that from a vocal perspective, she absolutely nailed it on "Vision of you" and "World without you". We've actually done our own video highlights reel of the concert. It is one of the videos on our profile. As for "Circle in the sand", it looks like that arrangement has been played around out with in live environments quite a bit over the years.

@@radiocremebrulee4431 nice! "Circle" is so great because it has such a different sound than other songs. It has always stood out to me. "Vision of Love," too. Thanks for posting high lights from the concert. It's definitely a fun night to relive!

@@Texaslawhorn Agreed. It is such a deviation from the power-pop sound that dominates the rest of her early catalog. In terms of vocal delivery, "Vision of you" was undoubtedly a highlight - and I am glad she and the band went with a rendition that was closer to the 1991 remix. I found the original too minimalist. Glad you enjoyed the highlights. Hopefully you got to read the review attached to the highlights video too.

She didn't have a stop planned in DC either - aside from the 4th of July Capitol Concert - so I went up to NYC for the day just to see her. I'm glad I did. Hope to see her again someday!
