If you ever have a couple minutes of your time i would love to chat. - where to rent a commercial spot who to rent from ect. My spouse has land and we want to start a farm- and i want to start a vegan restaurant/ mocktail bar. And would like to know the demand for these types of business and if its worth it! We own a cleaning / junk removal business in America at the moment.

Good question. When you open a business legally you incorporate and register it. They are looking for the proof you have taken this step not that the business is open. Hope this helps!
