Belizean Jam Roll

Satisfy your sweet cravings with my long-awaited, highly requested Belizean Jam Roll recipe.
I finally made it you guys. I hope you enjoy!
⬇️⬇️⬇️ RECIPE BELOW ⬇️⬇️⬇️
👩🏻‍🍳 BELIZEAN JAM ROLL
1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 stick (8 tbs.) butter
¼ cup + 1 teaspoon water
Any jam of your choice
Extra flour to roll out the dough
Extra white sugar to sprinkle on top before baking
Bake 375F or 190C for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.

Your measuring cups are cute. My Momma never had a pastry cutter either so she used a fork or her hands. I don't think there were pastry cutters back then. The jam you used looks so good. I bet it smells good too. I like tropical flavors. I was thinking before you patched up the dough to take a piece off the end and patch it lol. 😄I wonder if I could make this with puff pastries.
