@@bzb8554 Are you an "accidental troll", or...are you trolling on purpose? I'm curious to know, because, (as a man) my understanding of issues involving race, gender, class--and every other "ism" in existence has been undeniably enhanced by reading the collective works of bell hooks; Toni Morrison; Malcolm X; James Baldwin. So...when I read short, incomplete, "meant-to-be-funny" simple-minded retorts like yours?!?...it leaves me wondering if someone, like yourself, is even capable, (given the opportunity) of providing anything other than the juvenile, short-winded fart you present. If you ARE capable of presenting a more mindful presentation of your thoughts of said premiere intellectual bell hooks?--I would love to hear a breakdown of your position on where you stand, with respect to her thoughts on any issue. Or....are you simply a mindless troll; clamoring for online attention?

@Black Knight Fool dude (just speculating here about you being a dude). She is straight as can be. What on earth about what she is saying has anything to do with gay or bi people? You are so misinformed.
@outdoorminer55334 жыл бұрын
@Black Knight Fool Oh, so you just dehumanized me? No, wait, you probably missed the contradiction there. You're still a boring Incel. Stop being a stereotype, dude. It's boring.

Did we watch the same interview? 😂 She had absolutely nothing intelligent to deliver; just vacuous rambling and "the patriarchy!" A poster child for the adverse effects of affirmative action. Please present a cogent point she made, so I can dismantle it.

She’s so brilliant and eloquent. Imho he’s not a good listener. He moves from question to question and doesn’t seem to really take in what she’s saying.

There is a very common type of journalist that doesn't listen at all to answers when asking questions. Why they are able to keep their jobs, I can't imagine.

patriarchy is bell hooks getting a ten minute interview whereas every other participant in the shows history has gotten 20 or more.

Any other possible explanation? Or is it really the cause of every minute suboptimal situation?
@johnf.hurtado18693 жыл бұрын
@@Thomas...191 if you wish to remain blind with your rehtorical question mudded in the language of mysoginy, like suboptimal in the same sentence and response to a genius not getting the same air time as most other geniuses - the only difference being their gender - thats on you, and thats cool, ray.
@Thomas...1913 жыл бұрын
@@johnf.hurtado1869 ..suboptimal is a mysoginistic word? Ok well you certainly answered my "rhetorical and mysoginistic" question rather beautifully. I'm reminded of the saying; when you have a hammer everything looks like a nail. I assure you this was a question born of curiosity and not on from a hatred of women. Your ability to see such things is quite astonishing. Your lack of imagination to suppose that the only possible explanation for such a circumstance is revealing. Your imagination is fixated totally on the mysoginistic, the patriarchal or the mean mad white man who conspired to give bell hooks shorter air time. Instead of wasting your emotions on empty projections you could read bell hooks and watch her many lectures then wrestle with the material rather than labeling those who ask questions as blasphemous.
@johnf.hurtado18693 жыл бұрын
@@Thomas...191 all that jargon to say nothing, lol. Just listen to Bell Hooks, and stop your white splaining, your defending your own mysoginy, as well as a now openly, fired, poster child for mysoginy. Your empty words, and the fate of the person you try to defend, contradict your defenses, and make you seem desparate, for what? Your own projections, and ned to justify them. Lol

@@Thomas...191 stay Putt, and hush your mouth, Thomas. Do us all a favor, foreal. Your foolery is suboptimal, to a real scholar, intelectual, and journalist.

She is a "messenger", and her message was TO white people, about her family, that she converted into the entire black history in the U.S. No serious thinker, would use the word "Patriarchy" with black men, when the concept explicitly excluded Black men from patriarchy--marrying a white woman. bell hooks put her family business in the streets and built a career around it, but her abusive relatives, are not most black men. Sad she spent her career co-signing white supremacist feminism she claimed to reject. And her name is not bell hooks--ask Adolph Reed, jr. what it is.
